Ducati has issued its third recall in 5 months for its newest model, the Diavel, in the USA. In this modern world where we are all beta testers, new models often require recalls to update, replace or correct usually minor deficiencies.

When MotorcycleUSA conducted their 2011 Performance Cruiser Smackdown they included the Ducati Diavel as a wildcard, not really including it in the test that pitted bikes like the Harley Davidson Night Rod, Triumph Thunderbird Storm, Star Raider, Suzuki Boulevard and Victory Hammer. How’d it do?
