The 2010 Ducati Multistrada 1200 launch event has just concluded in Lanzarote, Canary Islands. Time to summarize the various reports coming in from the motorcycling community. During the launch of the Ducati Multistrada 1200 in Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Motorcycle News managed to get the thoughts of Multistrada 1200 Product Manager, Mario Alvisi.

Ducati has updated its Ducati Multistrada 1200 microsite to include a whole bunch of new action shots following the media launch in the Canary Islands. Enjoy after the jump.

The 2010 AMA Pro American Superbike season continued on from the first Daytona Superbike race with the first 4 bikes finishing within 2/10ths of a second. The full results are after the jump.

The Ducati 1198 is hardly known as having a wimpy mid-range but it sure looks that way when compared to the dyno chart for the new 2010 Ducati Multistrada 1200. Newly released factory dyno charts indicate that the new Multi kills the 1198 at the bottom end as was expected given its milder cam timing. [...]
