30 Years On – Ducati Pantah Still a Winner

Whilst Carlos Checa, Valentino Rossi and Nicky Hayden are racing for glory with their modern Ducatis, a 30 year old Ducati Pantah, father of all current Ducati engines quietly took a championship title in the antipodes at the hands of ducatista Phil Bagshaw.

Ducati TT2 Special

RocketGarage is our new favorite blog after we discovered it recently. They cover motorcycle specials with plenty of Ducati content. One of their latest is this Ducati TT2 Special.

Ducati Monster 1100EVO Photogallery

Last week was the European launch for the 2012 Ducati Monster 1100EVO, what Ducati is calling the ultimate Monster (we disagree). US Monster fans will need to wait until at least May for the current über Monster to arrive Stateside. In the meantime check out these high resolution photos.

Keira Knightley’s Ducati More than Meets the Eye

The commercial featuring Keira Knightley, face of Chanel’s Coco Mademoiselle perfume on a Ducati has been released and a classic Ducati 750 Sport plays a key role, in beige no less, in the 3 minute 20 second tribute to perfumery. Keira, of course, doesn’t actually ride the bike, which was fitted with training wheels for [...]

Keira Knightley Doesn’t Ride a Ducati 750SS Video

So the commercial featuring Keira Knightley, face of Chanel’s Coco Mademoiselle perfume on a Ducati is about to lob, so it only makes sense in this age of viral marketing to release a teaser about it (yawn). Keira talks about how the commercial features a ‘Chanel Superwoman’. Clearly such a woman doesn’t ride a bike [...]

Turn Your Monster into a MotoGP Replica

Further evidence of the the Ducati Valentino Rossi marketing complex has been revealed ahead of the huge Bologna party to wish Vale and Nicky Hayden well for the 2011 MotoGP season. JHP Racing Ducati 2-Valve Superbike

The simplicity of a light air-cooled Superbike is a distant memory primarily due to emission and noises standards and our ever increasing desire for the level of performance that only liquid cooled motors can delivery. But what if you went back to basics and built an air-cooled Ducati racer with the power to weight ratio [...]

A Ducati Trike that Can Really Crank

Trikes are clearly stuck in the middle. Neither motorcycles nor cars, depending on your perspective they incorporate the best or the worst features of both. The TreMoto Monstrosity on the other hand couples Ducati power with two front wheels that lean and a rear that slides around like a flat tracker. Sound intriguing?

Ducati Cafe Racer Doesn’t Look Like This

The Ducati Condor is right up there for the crown of ugliest Ducati ever made (the 600TL at least gets a merit award too). The 350 single engine as first found in the 1967 Ducati Scrambler is the only interesting part of the Swiss Military’s bland, utilitarian motorcycle. A German engineer took the same engine [...]
