Welcome to Wallpaper Wednesday. Every week (or not) I will post up something beautiful from the world of Ducati that you just might like to have grace your desktop. This week we have the new for 2011 Ducati 1198SP.
Pretty much as we predicted on Monday, Ducati today unveiled its 2011 Superbike range which includes the 1198SP that was leaked yesterday and an upgraded 1198 spec designed to get the aging model through one more season before the radical new 2012 bike lands.
Following the leaked photo of the new 2011 Ducati 1198SP from the Intermot show, there is now video available of the new bike. The video shows the black bike with a silver stripe down the aluminum tank. The spec, in addition to the tank, reportedly includes a slipper clutch, Ohlins TTX shock and quick shifter.
A photo of the 2011 Ducati 1198SP was snapped and released just a day before the 2010 Intermot show kicks off for the press.
