Valentino Rossi Shows Ferrari the Way on the Ice
Valentino Rossi showed the Ferrari Formula 1 drivers that despite his recent slump in 2-wheel on track performance he was still a formidable talent on 4 wheels. Rossi wiped the floor with the F1 stars in the Kart race but could do no better than 2nd in the Fiat 500 event.

Ducati has once again held its MotoGP Wrooom Press Ski Meeting. Last year the event was the coming out party for Valentino Rossi with Ducati and the bikes were proudly on display. After a frankly disastrous 2011 MotoGP season the team are understandably walking softly. Let’s hope they are also carrying a big stick. We bring you some of the photos from the event after the jump.

Rossi and Hayden Looking Forward to ‘Different’ Ducati
The Ducati Team riders were the stars of the first day of Wrooom 2012 at Madonna di Campiglio, with Nicky Hayden first to “take to the track” and answer questions from the international press in attendance. The American, who is recovering well enough from his injured left scapula that he has already removed his sling, then passed the baton to a pleased Valentino Rossi, who is motivated to get back in the saddle and start winter testing in just over two weeks.
Checa Says Tires to Blame for Ducati MotoGP Crisis
2011 World Superbike Champion, Carlos Checa, has concluded that Bridgestone tires are to blame for the woeful 2011 MotoGP season suffered by Ducati factory riders Valentino Rossi and Nicky Hayden. After testing the MotoGP racer, Carlos has stated that he believes the tires and not the chassis are the problem.
