The Hottest Looking New Ducati Isn’t the Panigale R

Ducati 848EVO Corse SE Test Team Livery 2 The Hottest Looking New Ducati Isnt the Panigale R

The 2013 Ducati 1199 Panigale R might be getting most of the attention at the EICMA show in Milan along with the new liquid cooled Hypermotard but to our eyes the visual star of the show is the Ducati 848EVO Corse Special Edition.  The model name might be a mouthful but it looks simply stunning in what Ducati terms its Corse Test Team livery of matte black and grey.

Apart from the paint job, the model also sports the now de rigeur aluminum tank which weighs less yet contains more gas to allow the Ducati fun to last that much longer.

  1. That is a really fantastic color scheme, hope they apply it to other bikes. In other news, the rest of what they Inteoduced this year is truly shite. At least now there is Dovizioso to save us…. (haha)

  2. It’s attractive, but the Panigale is still the most beautiful design I’ve ever laid my eyes upon. :)

  3. We’ll see ;)

  4. I don’t know if I like the colour scheme, other than the red frame, but I love the pipes. I don’t like the underslung pipes on the Panigale.

  5. Best color scheme i’ve seen in a while.

  6. Why red frame? Black or Silver would have been better

  7. Good to see Ducati dumping their crap-plastic tank for 2013.
