It’s Been One Year Today Since We’ve Seen This
Exactly one year ago today Valentino Rossi took victory in MotoGP on a Yamaha M1 in Sepang, Malaysia. As you can see he was very happy indeed since it was his first victory in 9 races. Rossi had won the opening race of the season in Qatar only to crash out and badly break his leg during practice for the Mugello event.
A 9 race victory drought in of itself was a long time between drinks for Rossi who in previous seasons only rarely went any longer than 3 MotoGPs between standing on the top step. Then he switched to Ducati for 2011. It has been 1 year and 18 MotoGPs since Vale won a race. How much longer will it continue?
