Ducati North America has announced an excellent close to the second quarter of 2011; with sales up 61% for the quarter and Year-to-Date sales up 63% over the first half of 2010.

After a three week break, the Superbikes are back in action this coming weekend at Silverstone in the UK; team Althea Racing’s Carlos Checa and his Ducati 1198R will face this ninth round with the same determination that has seen them dominate the 2011 championship thus far.
