Picked a Fine Time to Leave Me Loose Wheel
Maxime Berger had a new experience on his Supersonic Ducati during the first World Superbike race at Donington Park – the wheel of his Ducati 1198R looked to have fallen off! The rim was an Oz Racing item that apparently was relatively new.
“The wheel that failed had only been used in a few races,” team manager Daniele Soncini said.
