Ducati Multistrada 1200 in Dealers Next Week
Just in time for the prime riding season, the highly anticipated Ducati Multistrada 1200 S will make its debut in a showroom premiere at participating dealerships across the U.S. on May 14-15. Amongst the Multistrada 1200 S’ technological advancements are the New Ducati-Ohlins electronic suspension, traction control, ABS and ride-by-wire-throttle control. All of this allows for a truly customizable riding experience.
Pricing starts at $14,995, an aggressive figure for a handmade bike that boasts 150hp and 87.5lb/ft of torque. There will be three option packages available to suit the rider’s taste – Multistrada 1200 including the Bosch-Brembo ABS system ($16,495); Multistrada 1200 “S Sport” package ($19,995); and the Multistrada 1200 “S Touring” model ($19,995.)
Over the weekend, select dealerships will also host special events to introduce the new Multistrada to enthusiasts and the local community, including demo rides for those who are eager to experience Ducati’s latest masterpiece first hand.
I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait to throw a leg over the saddle and see for myself if the bike stands up to the hype!

Big price difference between US en EU.
Converted to USD i’ve paid 24.095$ (18.990€).
I don’t think you’ll be dissapointed after the test ride.
I drove a limited version (100bhp) and tested Touring and Urban mode. I was amaized of the comfort level. Very soft suspension setting with 2 people on the bike in Touring and Urban. It filtered the poor condition of the road perfectly.
But what shocked me the most is how it drives in general. When on it’s line , this bike does not move. You choose your line , your angle and of you go. Like a train on rails. I went from roundabout to roundabout
It is a bit jerky at low speeds (about 25mph) but nothing a litle clutch playing can’t fix.
expensive ? Yes , but wurth every penny
