Marlboro Ducatis Casey Stoner put a halt to Valentino Rossi’s dominance in pre-season testing today as he posted the fastest time just 1/10th outside his 2009 pole time at the Losail, Qatar circuit which will host the opening round of the 2010 MotoGP Championship.

MotoGP World Champion, Valentino Rossi, has acknowledged the overtaking prowess of his teammate, Jorge Lorenzo, in recent comments to MotoSprint. Rossi likes to dice and so he likes racing Lorenzo. When asked about Ducati title hope, Casey Stoner, Rossi say he must not underestimate his raw speed.

Kawasaki is gone from the MotoGP paddock but Team Green still exists. Pramac Ducati has revealed its new team color for the 2010 MotoGP season ahead of the final test at Losail, Qatar and its green! Racing is hardly a green sport but Pramac seems determined to push the eco-friendly approach this year.

Bimota has revealed a new, light weight version of their 2-valve, Desmodue powered model coined the Bimota DB6 Superlight. The model continues the experiments with composite materials that began with the DB7 Oronero.
