Wallpaper Wednesday: Pegram Ducati Sport Classic Flat Tracker

Pegram Flattrack thumb Wallpaper Wednesday: Pegram Ducati Sport Classic Flat TrackerWelcome to Wallpaper Wednesday. Every week I will post up something beautiful from the world of Ducati that you just might like to have grace your desktop. This week we have something you don’t see very often – a Ducati Sportclasic powered flat tracker.

What does Team Foremost Ducati’s Larry Pegram do when he isn’t winning AMA American Superbike races? He hustles a very trick Ducati Flat Tracker around the 1/2 miles. Amazingly the bike started off as a Ducati Sportclassic even competing with the original frame for a time. The bike has been featured in Sideburn magazine.

The bike features a 2-valve Sportclassic engine that is bored out to 1078cc with a Nemesis ECU and K&N filters. Yamaha YZF600 forks are bolted to a custom frame fitted with 7 spoke PM wheels.
