I thought it would be fun to bring back a couple of articles from earlier in the year that were popular and/or generated significant debate. This one was one of my personal favorites. Afterall, who wouldn’t want their own 2-stroke, 500cc Italian GP racer? I rest my case.
Cagiva owned Ducati for a time and the Cagiva 500 GP racer was one of the prettiest racers around. It only won 3 GPs (Eddie Lawson 1, John Kocinski 2) but captured the hearts of many racing fans as the underdog that occasionally came good.
