A leading Spanish Ducati specialist RAD has produced this stunning, minimalist racer which pays tribute to the original 750 Imola which put Ducati on the big bike map thanks to Paul Smart’s unexpected win at the famous road race. The old bevel drive racer was inspiration only as this bike features a tuned 900SS pantah engine in a custom frame mated up to a S4R Monster swing arm. More pics after the jump.

Don’t think its a 900 pantah engine, but a 98 or 99 (or newer) 900 based on the alternator side cover.
Looks incredible. But also looks like the bars might be below the seat? Not sure I could ride that for even 5min comfortably.
atomemphis You are right it is a 900SS engine, my point was to draw reference to the fact that all the belt driven 2-valve engines are Pantah based as opposed to bevel drive like the original Super Sport that the bike is a tribute to.
