Trick Customized Ducati Streetfighter – Redux

Following the launch of the Ducati Streetfighter, it took almost no time at all before customized versions began to appear. One of the trickest was the Shift-Tech Streetfighter S.

Originally a Streetfighter was some ratty GSX-R750 that had been crashed and the poor, cash-strapped rider either didn’t want to or couldn’t afford to repair it. These early bikes were often pretty bad, both in terms of looks and how well they worked. The new Ducati Streetfighter is nothing like those early hand crafted machines. It replaced the Monster S4Rs as the 4-valve Ducati sportbike for those who didn’t have ready access to chiropractor or didn’t go in for the boy racer styling.

Shift-Tech in collaboration with Moto Corse Performance took an S model, and threw all that is trick at it – including BST carbon wheels, Ohlins TTX shock and a custom termi exhaust.
