That snout nose piece just seems so... odd. Some photos make it look like it's just tacked on (strangly placed fasteners - right out in the open), others make it look more integrated. It looks like it directs air to a radiator/oil cooler of some kind. It also doesn't look like a typical ram air intake, unless they are ducting air into the airbox THROUGH an oil cooler?!?! That doesn't make much sense though, as heated intake air will lower power produced by the motor.

Can't wait to see the bike in person!

Lauri, I checked with someone who was there and you are right. It is aluminium and is reportedly quite thick so it should function as a stylish bash plate!!

All good points, I hadn't noticed the white bellypan on the black bike before...strange. I'm not aware of any power claims yet for a slipon or full system. I would guess that it won't be very substantial in total power since the lower compression ratio and cam timing are designed to emphasizes power at lower revs at the expense of peak power. Most people put on the exhaust for sound and weight reasons. In my experience the full system usually sounds better often deeper in sound but we will have to wait and see.

This short carbon-fiber Termi seems to be slipon, and longer metallic one with complete Termignoni system... I'm just wondering what are differences in power/sound with original catalytic box / without it... Not saying that 150hp ain't enought, but sound is important.

Seems weird that Black S has white fairing below the bike? It would definitely look better with all-black fairings... And red trellis frame ;)

Image 20 of 21 shows bike from angle that you would be looking standing next to it. Snout is much better this way.
