YouTube Gems: Ducati Bologna Museum Video Tour
One of the things I regret is not making the effort to travel and visit the Ducati Museum in Bologna when I was last in Milan. It is certainly on the list. In the meantime join me in indulging in this video which gives some indication of what to expect.
The Ducati Museum opened in 1998 and is a great testament to the heritage of the company from its humble beginnings making radios and even cameras to what it has become today. If you ever visit the Ducati headquarters in Bologna, you can see the museum in addition to taking a factory tour (see the Exit Row Seat blog for a review).
The video below is from the The Perfect Corner series which features Euro bike fan CJ and his wacky style showing you some of the museum. CJ seems to think he is Con the Fruiterer (sorry obscure reference for Australian readers) but is none the worse for it. The soundtrack sounds like it is also from down under (Pete Murray if I’m not mistaken).
If you want to take the tour you must book ahead. All the contact details are available here
