Wallpaper Wednesday: Ducati Monster 1100S Special
Welcome to Wallpaper Wednesday. Every week I will post up something beautiful from the world of Ducati that you just might like to have grace your desktop. This week we have a Ducati Monster 1100S Special.
It is amazing what a paint job can do to a bike (if you don’t believe me, check out the Martini Racing Ducati 1098S). This 2009 Ducati Monster 1100S started off red but a custom charcoal-black metallic and red paint job has transformed it into a singular statement of beauty. My favorite is the custom lettering on the tank which is reminiscent of some of the older Ducati fonts used in the 70′s and 80′s. The bike also features the de rigeur termi slip-ons, a fender eliminator kit, open clutch cover, ASV levers and CRG bar end mirrors (which reminds me to order some for my Monster).
