Ducati Hypermotard Inspired Moto Terminator to Feature in Terminator Salvation
With seemingly every home owner using some ad skipping TiVo like device these days, good old product placement is becoming an increasingly critical component of the marketing mix. That is why all the good guys seem to use Apple laptops whilst the bad guys are destined to grapple with the blue screen of death. With the Ducati brand in ascendance, Ducati too, is anxious to get their brand out there and this desire has led to a role for the company in the latest movie in the Terminator series due out May 21st.
A Skynet controlled MotoTerminator is just one of the weapons the machines unleash against the dwindling human resistance in 2018, 4 years after Judgement day. As high tech as the MotorTerminator is, I’m sure the good guys prevail on their classic Ducati Hypermotards!
“This movie is all about technology taken to such a high level that it becomes an art form — to me, that fits as a description of Ducati,” said McG, Director of Terminator Salvation.
